China, African Union Move Forward to Build New Center for Disease Control HQ

The African Union’s Commissioner for Social Affairs, Amira Elfadil, attended a signing ceremony on Monday in Addis Ababa with representatives from China’s Ministry of Commerce to finalize the agreement for construction of the Africa Centers for Disease Control.
