Assistant Research Fellow at National Chengchi University Center For International Legal Studies

Domingo I-Kwei Yang is an adjunct assistant research fellow in National Chengchi University Center for International Legal Studies. He received his PhD degree in International Relations from the Department of Diplomacy, National Chengchi University in September 2019. His research areas include China’s Foreign Aid, Sino-Africa Relations, International Development Cooperation and the Belt and Road Initiative. He is particularly interested in understanding the trinity of China’s aid, trade and investment in the framework of South-South cooperation.
