Xinyue (Helen) Ma is the China Research and Project Lead at the Global Development Policy Center (GDP Center) at Boston University. Her current work focuses on sustainability and inclusiveness of global development finance, especially China's overseas development finance. She has experience researching different aspects of China’s international investment with government think tanks, political risks consulting, and media. She is a policy researcher specialized in energy economics, infrastructure policy and finance, and international economics.
